Designed to significantly reduce the volume of wet waste leaving the hotel premises, this system will process organic refuse and transform it into nutrient-rich fertilizer. This output will be directly utilized to maintain the property's landscaping and green areas, creating a closed-loop organic system right on the island.

Farm-to-Table Hydroponics & Conscious Consumption

Spearheaded by the Food & Beverage team, the resort is also developing an on-site Hydroponic Farm.
