Fusion Opens LÈGACY Hanoi, a New Wellness-Inspired Hotel in Vietnam
Fusion Opens LÈGACY Hanoi – A Fusion Original Celebrates Grand Opening
A new 218-room wellness-inspired hotel brings Vietnamese heritage, contemporary accommodation, spa experiences and rooftop dining to Vietnam's capital.
HANOI, Vietnam, September 21, 2026 – Fusion Hotel Group has opened LÈGACY Hanoi – A Fusion Original, a 218-room hotel and wellness sanctuary offering panoramic city and West Lake views in Vietnam's capital.
The opening marks the latest chapter in Fusion Hotel Group's expansion and strengthens its presence in Vietnam's wellness-inspired hospitality sector. Located in Hanoi's historic Ngoc Ha ward, the property combines contemporary accommodation and lifestyle facilities with design references to the city's cultural heritage.
Drawing inspiration from the historic O Quan Chuong Gate, the Red River and the five-petal peach blossom, LÈGACY Hanoi presents a hospitality concept that connects Vietnamese identity with contemporary guest experiences. Facilities include dining and bar concepts, spa treatments and wellness experiences.
During the grand opening ceremony on September 16, Christopher Hur, CEO of Fusion Hotel Group, said the hotel's vision was to create a destination that respects Hanoi's character and heritage while offering a fresh, contemporary hospitality experience.
Hur also acknowledged the commitment of the ownership partners, describing the opening as the beginning of a new chapter for the hotel, the partnership and Fusion's presence in Hanoi.
A Heritage-Inspired Hotel Designed for Contemporary Living
The hotel's design incorporates cultural references throughout its public spaces. Upon arrival, guests encounter an artistic interpretation of the legendary chim hac, or crane, presented above the reception area. Abstract patterns and textures throughout the lobby draw on Vietnamese cultural influences.
The lobby also introduces Sparkling Moments, a complimentary refreshments service designed to encourage interaction and create a relaxed atmosphere for guests.
The property comprises 133 serviced apartments across floors 9–13 and 19–21, alongside 85 hotel rooms on floors 14–18. Its eight accommodation types range from studios to one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with floor plans spanning 37 to 105 square metres.
The hotel accommodation includes 20 Original Rooms, 45 Deluxe Suites, five Premium Deluxe Suites and 15 Executive Suites. Each features a private balcony framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, a choice of twin or double beds and a vintage record player stocked with a selection of vinyl classics.
The serviced apartments incorporate Vietnamese heritage-inspired design, combining warm wooden tones with indigo blue and terracotta accents. Positioned on higher floors, the hotel rooms and suites benefit from natural light and panoramic views across Hanoi.
YÊN Spa: A Sanctuary for Wellness and Relaxation
Named after the Vietnamese word "yên", meaning peace, YÊN Spa introduces a wellness concept centred on calm, balance and cultural ritual.
The spa offers Vietnamese-inspired therapies, massage and beauty treatments. Its facilities also include an onsen-style bathing experience with hot and cold pools, a sauna, a steam room and a relaxation lounge.
The spa forms part of the hotel's broader wellness positioning, giving guests access to restorative experiences alongside accommodation, dining and social spaces.
MỘC LOFT and 24 Social and Terrace Bring Dining Above the City
Located on the 24th floor, MỘC LOFT is the hotel's all-day restaurant, offering panoramic views across Hanoi. Its menu reinterprets the flavours of Northern Vietnam through a contemporary fusion approach.
The property's rooftop bar, 24 Social and Terrace, provides an open-air setting for cocktails, music and social gatherings. With its city-skyline backdrop, the venue is designed for sunset drinks and evening experiences.
Together, the restaurant and rooftop bar expand the hotel's lifestyle offering beyond accommodation, creating additional spaces for guests to dine, meet and socialize.
A Contemporary Interpretation of Vietnamese Hospitality
Newly appointed General Manager Ngo Anh Doan said the value of hospitality extends beyond physical comfort to the emotional connections a place creates with its city and people.
His comments reflect the property's emphasis on combining contemporary guest expectations with the cultural identity of Hanoi. Through its design, wellness facilities, dining concepts and accommodation mix, LÈGACY Hanoi aims to deliver an experience shaped by both heritage and modern hospitality.
