Amy Lingga has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of The Seed, a luxury villa estate in Candidasa, East Bali, as the property prepares to strengthen its flagship operation and explore expansion into new destinations across Indonesia. Amy Lingga is native Balinese, with deep familial roots in Karangasem, the same regency that is home to The Seed. Her path of more than twenty years in hospitality, across both luxury and international chain properties in South East Asia, has taken her from guest-facing luxury service into public relations, sales and marketing, and eventually into general management and multi-property leadership.
She has worked chiefly at Marriott International, including pre-opening project specialization. She has worked at hotel brands including Four Points by Sheraton; Fairfield by Marriott; Moxy; The Ritz-Carlton; Courtyard by Marriott ; Discovery Hotels & Resorts; Kayumanis Private Villa & Spa; The Legian; Marriott Hotels; Element by Westin; and Autograph Collection.
