Vietnam, June 15, 2026 – Fusion Hotel Group (FHG) and Hotel Management Japan (HMJ) have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at shaping the next chapter of hospitality excellence in Asia.
By bringing together Fusion's innovative wellness-driven hospitality approach and strong presence in Vietnam and Southeast Asia with HMJ's extensive operational expertise in Japan, the collaboration creates a stronger regional platform with greater scale, brand impact, and growth potential.

The partnership will focus on three core areas: Sales and Marketing, Brand and Design, and Human Resources. Through the alignment of resources and expertise, both organizations aim to broaden market reach, improve guest experiences, and strengthen operational consistency across their combined portfolio.
Key initiatives include sharing customer insights, harmonizing sales and marketing systems, integrating Fusion's signature wellness-focused brand elements into selected HMJ properties, and developing cross-border training programs for employees in Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan.
