Minor Hotels celebrates recognition as ‘Great Place to Work’

Minor Hotels has been certified by Great Place To Work®, a global authority on workplace culture.

Prestigious recognition is based on anonymous feedback from current employees.

Independent assessment by Great Place To Work® showed Minor Hotels scored highly in diversity and inclusivity, management competence and workplace intimacy.

Bangkok, 02 May 2023: Minor Hotels has been certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’, confirming its reputation as a global leader in hospitality workplace culture.

The prestigious certification follows an independent assessment by Great Place To Work®, an international authority on high-performance workplace culture, and is based on an anonymous survey of current Minor Hotels employees and a culture assessment on the company.

Results of the survey showed Minor Hotels scored particularly highly in diversity and inclusivity, with team members reporting they feel fairly treated regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race and age.

Minor Hotels employees also scored the organisation highly for management competence and management honesty, while also reported feeling welcome and safe at work.
