You Must :
- Experience in arranging detailed / customized booking reservations.
- Detailed-oriented work style
- Meticulous and highly organized
- Able to interact with senior VIP clients with good mannerism and confidence.
- Able to handle pressure & manage difficult situation with senior VIP clients.
- Luxury lifestyle knowledge
- Familiarity and connections with luxury brands, restaurants, cafes, others related to lifestyle.
VIP Host You Must :
- Able to deliver presentable appearance and positive attitude.
- Humorous, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Well-experienced in senior client management and business dealings.
- VIP Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent communication skills, fluency to speak Mandarin & English (Bahasa Indonesia a plus)
- Capability to open a conversation about varied topics, especially business, politics, and luxury entertainment related topics.
- Expertise to handle pressure and manage complicated situations in front of VIP clients.
- Luxury lifestyle knowledge
- Interest in luxury brands, restaurants, cafes, others related to lifestyle.
- Minimum bachelor degree in hospitality related major.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of working experience in 5 star hotels / casino and regular exposure of handling VIP clients / guests.
- Role based in Indonesia
- Some travel may be required
- Only for Indonesian NationalityThe package will be USD 2.500 or above depend on your experience.
- Minimum bachelor degree in hospitality related major
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in hospitality industry / travel agency / event management, preferably having exposure of handling VIP clients.
