JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Prepare yearly marketing & promotional plan, sales activities including overseeing sales missions
- Identify new revenue opportunities.
- Needs strategic thinking by market segments; understanding seasonality and lead time.
- Prospecting new accounts, support the team portfolio growth and have a strong domestic, regional and international network.
- Good understanding of distribution & connectivity, GDS and other sales tools (PMS, salesforce…)
- Be a strong leader for the team & support their professional development with training
- Be results driven with KPI's, sales targets, ROI and conversion rate.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Director of Sales and Marketing of upscale hotel
- Strong leadership to drive the room catering and communication teams
- Sound knowledge in Revenue Management and Sales Distribution
- Excellent English proficiency, as well as communication and presentation skills
- Extensive professional net working, also with media
