Job Description :
Ensure delivering of excellent service quality for hotel guest
Managing and increase hotel revenue with initiate and implement improvement ideas.
Managing hotel managers and staff
Deliver monthly reports of d hotel revenue and performance.
Job Requirement :
At least 8 years of working experience in managing 5 star hotel
Good leadership, creative and innovative thinking to elaborate and implement improvement ideas for better service.
Good customer service and interpersonal skill.
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Computer literate.
Willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau, (1.5 hours from Pekanbaru)
