3. PASTRY CHEF

• More than 5 years working experience in Pastry Department as Assistant or Pastry Chef with International Hotels
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Good in Food Costing
• Strong Leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent management skill and team player.

4. SOUS CHEF -PASTRY

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 (three) years of solid experience in a similar capacity with International Hotels
• Good leadership and communication skills

5. DIMSUM SOUS CHEF

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 (three) years of solid experience in a similar capacity with International Hotels
• Good communication skills

6. DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as DOSM of luxury International Hotels
• Strong leadership to drive the whole Sales team
• Sound knowledge in Revenue Management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written

7. ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 (two) years’ experience in the same position with International Hotels
• A dynamic personality with a strong leadership skill

8. IN ROOM DINING SUPERVISOR

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 (one) year experience in the same position with an International hotel.
• A dynamic personality with strong leadership skill

9. PEARL SUPERVISOR

• Fluent English (spoken and written), preferably with fluent Mandarin speaking ability
• Minimum 1 (one) year experience in the same position with an International Hotel

10. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE SUPERVISOR
