- At least posses a Bachelor Degree
- Able to conduct training related with F&B
- Min. 2 years experience on the same position in at least 4* hotel
- Can drive effective management : strategic planning, quality control, delivering profit and cost controlling
- Must have excellent attention to details and extensive service knowledge
- Having strong leadership and problem solving skill
- Good appearance and having English skill both written and Oral are must.
