CMT’s 2nd MRES Reviews Myanmar's Real Estate Outlook: Prospects, Challenges and Opportunities

CMT’s 2nd MRES spotlights infrastructure developments, incentives for investments in special economic zones like Thilawa & Myothar Industrial Zone Park, the landscape of hotels and resorts in key tourist attractions like Mandalay – plus discussions on financing & commercial terms including guidelines on land ownership, and structuring joint venture partnership.

August 21, 2013 -- CMT’s 2nd MRES, being held in Yangon from the 30 Sep-01 Oct, 2013, hones in on pivotal issues, critical for investing in Myanmar’s real estate development and property sector.

Myanmar real estate sector is booming as investors respond positively to the country’s economic and political reforms. The extent of this can be judged by the fact that Yangon enjoys the highest property prices in Southeast Asia.
