We are looking for a retreat manager who can oversee the pre-opening and day-to-day operations of this unique and distinguished property and lead and mentor a team of passionate local staff who will deliver a truly memorable experience for their guests commencing January/ February 2013.

• Dynamic and resourceful
• Self motivated to manage a small team
• Hands on & diligent
• Culturally sensitive
• Demonstrated innovation & minimum 5 years experience within the hospitality industry
• You have a great rapport with the press and tour operators
• Highly committed and results orientated
• Pre-opening experience and coordination skills
• You demonstrate strong commitment to service delivery
• Highly effective communication skills, including mentoring and coaching
• You can speak fluent English…speaking French and Indonesian/Bahasa would be ideal too
WHAT IS OUR OFFERING?
Salary from USD 3000- 5000 per month, Based on site in Bali, Performance Bonus % of Salary, Medical Insurance, Flight Ticket to Passport Country once a year, Accommodation, Living & Transport Allowance, 21 days annual leave p.a., Minimum 2 year contract
