Introduction: Aman Comes to Singapore

This landmark project will bring together a hotel, a limited collection of Aman branded residences, and a global private members club — marking the brand’s first presence in Singapore and its introduction of Aman’s signature philosophy of peace, privacy, and service excellence to the Garden City.

Location: The Skywaters Landmark

Set within The Skywaters — Singapore’s tallest and most iconic new skyscraper — Aman Singapore will offer a serene escape amidst the energy of the city. Developed by Perennial Holdings Private Limited and designed in collaboration with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the development will rise from a rare island site at the convergence of the Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the Greater Southern Waterfront.

Design & Architecture

Renowned Kerry Hill Architects, long-time collaborators of Aman, will bring to life interiors that reflect the brand’s minimalist philosophy and connection to nature. The design will balance harmony and space, offering panoramic views of the city and the South China Sea, while maintaining a calming sense of stillness.

Facilities & Experiences

Exclusive to residence owners, Aman Club members, and hotel guests, Aman Singapore will feature world-class amenities, including a full-floor Aman Spa with an infinity pool, several signature dining venues offering world cuisines, and curated spaces for social and cultural gatherings.

Aman Branded Residences

For those seeking a permanent retreat, Aman will offer a limited collection of branded residences that provide sanctuary above the city’s skyline. Ranging from one to five bedrooms, each home will reflect Aman’s renowned attention to detail and provide access to exclusive facilities and services synonymous with the Aman lifestyle.
