Among Noema’s standout features is Paparempa, its flagship Indonesian restaurant that opened ahead of the resort on 10 April 2025. Paparempa brings the flavors of the archipelago to the table in a fresh and modern way—rooted in tradition, yet bold in presentation.
Designed by Jakarta’s Domisilium Studio, Paparempa’s interiors pay homage to Indonesia’s culinary heritage with textures and tones drawn from rendang (a slow-cooked, spiced beef dish from West Sumatra), tenun (traditional handwoven fabric found across the archipelago), and tropical flora. Guests can dine across two stories or relax in the garden area featuring playful gerobak (traditional food carts), a nostalgic nod to the country’s beloved street food culture.
As part of Noema’s community-driven philosophy, Paparempa also serves as a space for collaboration—hosting guest chefs, food creatives, and pop-ups that celebrate the richness of Indonesia’s culinary scene.
