The second art'otel in London celebrated its soft opening on April 24th, 2024. Nestled in the vibrant Hoxton district, this 26-story mixed-use development offers a premium art’otel experience with 357 rooms, including 48 suites. Guests can enjoy an immersive art gallery featuring two original Banksy pieces, alongside destination restaurants, a stylish bar, leisure facilities, and versatile event spaces. Additionally, the hotel boasts 5,900m² of office space. At the heart of its design is renowned Signature Artist D*Face, whose unique vision shapes the hotel’s concept and aesthetic.

art'otel London Battersea Power Station
After its soft opening in December 2022, art’otel London Battersea Power Station officially opened its doors in February 2023. As the first art’otel in the UK, this vibrant hotel is managed by our hospitality platform under a long-term agreement. Located within the iconic Battersea Power Station development, it features 164 rooms and suites, alongside stunning original artworks by renowned designer and artist Jaime Hayon. art’otel Zagreb made its debut in the Croatian capital with a soft opening in October 2023. Marking the Group's exciting debut in Italy, the iconic Londra & Cargill hotel in central Rome will reopen as the Group's first art’otel in Italy on March 6th, 2025. After undergoing extensive redevelopment, this boutique five-star luxury-lifestyle hotel will offer 99 rooms, including 11 suites, many featuring art-filled terraces.
