Hilton Recognized as Top Hospitality Company to Work for in Indonesia for Second Consecutive Year

The leading global hospitality company ranked #2 in Indonesia's Best Workplaces™ 2024 list this year, joining earlier accolades in the Philippines, Vietnam and Sri Lanka

JAKARTA, INDONESIA – August 5, 2024 – Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has been named the top hospitality company to work for in Indonesia by global research and consulting firm Great Place To Work®. 

Placing #2 in the large-sized organization category this year, this marks the second consecutive year that Hilton has been awarded the title, following its inaugural win in 2023. 

This achievement is Hilton’s fourth workplace culture win in South East Asia this year, where Hilton was also the top-ranked hospitality company to appear on the Philippines, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka Best Workplaces™ 2024 lists. 

Globally, Hilton was recently named #1 World’s Best Workplace by Fortune and Great Place to Work – the first and only hospitality company to ever receive this accolade.
