Hilton Recognized as Top Hospitality Company to Work for in Singapore for the Second Consecutive Year

Hilton ranked #2 across all industries in workforce survey by Great Place to Work® Singapore, following earlier accolades in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka

SINGAPORE – November 6, 2023 – Hilton (NYSE: HLT), Asia’s fastest-growing hospitality company, has been recognized once again for its exceptional workplace culture in Singapore by global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work®. 

This is the second consecutive year that Hilton was listed as the top-ranked hospitality company to work for, ranking an overall #2 across all industries in the large-sized business category.

Hilton has consistently achieved top honors for its outstanding and inclusive workplace culture across South East Asia, earning #3 Best Workplace in Sri Lanka, #2 Best Workplace in Indonesia and #4 Best Workplace in the Philippines earlier this year. As with previous years, Hilton was the highest-ranked hospitality company across these markets. 

In August, Hilton was also named as Asia's top hospitality company to work for on Great Place to Work®'s prestigious "Best Workplaces in Asia™" list for the 7th year running, placing #2 among the top 100 companies across all industries in the multinational category
