Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia, July 2022… Celebrate Wellness is one of most anticipated annual events at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali and was celebrated by the beach recently, on Saturday, 25th June 2022. This wellness event is as part of the resort’s commitment to wellbeing. This year’s Celebrate Wellness program offered an energetic morning of a 5K Fun Run featuring Indonesia leading Celebrity Runner, Melanie Putria as well as a Cardio Dance by Riana Bismarak on a lush tropical garden with beautiful Balinese temple backdrop and refreshing Nusa Dua beach.

The morning opened by Oriol Montal, the General Manager of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali with a morning run around Nusa Dua hotel complex led by the Westin Running Concierge and Melanie Putria. The run was accompanied by a gorgeous morning view. Upon reaching the beachfront Temple Garden, the participants joined an entertaining Cardio Dance led by Riana Bismarak, complete with over more than 10 great music selections. This Cardio Dance session was also broadcasted live for Riana's workout community called GengGobyos that joined the fun via live streaming from all over Indonesia.
After completing two energetic wellness programs, all participants enjoyed delicious refreshments specially prepared with ‘eat well’ in mind by the resort’s own Chef Matt Mittnacht and his culinary team, such as Mango Sushi Roll, Coco Nut’s Granola and many more. The morning refreshment was even more special with inspiring wellness talks with the two wellness guest stars. Celebrate Wellness ended with a fashion show showcasing irresistible sport wear collection by REEActive Wear.
