It gives us great pleasure to announce the dates for the next edition of the Hotel Operations Summit India (HOSI). The 9th edition of HOSI is scheduled to be held on 9th September, at the Indian School of Hospitality at Sector 83 in Gurgaon. The conference will be preceded by opening cocktails, an evening prior (8th September).
HOSI is the only dedicated forum for hotel professionals in the region and has always aimed to empower today's hospitality leaders through enabling discussions on management and operations-related issues, the rapidly evolving marketplace, latest industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices. We are in the process of putting together an exciting and engaging agenda. Similar to our event in 2020, this year too, the conference will be held in a hybrid format , enabling hotels to allow several employees to participate virtually.
Both venues, for the evening cocktails on the 8th, and full-day conference on the 9th, are unique in nature, resulting in space constraints. Therefore, all in-person attendees will have to make reservations which will be on a first-come basis. For precautionary measures, we have put a limit on the number of attendees for both the opening cocktails and conference (a maximum of 225 delegates).
HOSI 2022 will have some exciting competitions and challenges to recognise the best talent in the industry. A Mystery Box Challenge like no other, a patisserie competition and of course recognition of the best General Managers in the country.
The MakeMyTrip - HOSI General Manager of the Year Awards are a wonderful opportunity to recognize and highlight the hard work and outstanding performance displayed by the General Managers untiringly running the show.
