LANGHAM HOSPITALITY GROUP PROMOTES MANDY FAN TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SIGNALLING FOCUS ON STRATEGIC BRAND GROWTH

(Hong Kong/ Shanghai, May 20, 2022) Mandy Fan, Senior Vice President Development and Strategic Owner Relations for China, has been elevated to the Executive Committee as Langham Hospitality Group continues to focus on strategic growth in the China market, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Brett Butcher, Chief Executive Officer for Langham Hospitality Group said: “Mandy Fan has been at the forefront of our development in China. Her promotion to this executive leadership position recognises her contribution to our China growth where half our hotels are now located. Mandy plays a key leadership role for Langham Hospitality Group and our aggressive growth strategies for our brands in China.
With over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Mandy is a seasoned hotelier and business leader. Her in-depth relationships, understanding and involvement in the market has made her a respected figure in hotel development in China. Mandy joined Langham Hospitality Group in 2009 and has been instrumental in its expansion ever since with 13 hotels open and 16 in the pipeline across The Langham and Cordis brands. She is also an important part of the team that is developing our new global midscale brand, Ying’nFlo, which will offer owners a new choice for multi-brand complexes or standalone opportunities.
