Enjoy a Welcome Drink at the Trans Resort Hotel, then an afternoon Bath Ritual at the Spa to wash away any signs of jet lag.
We will enjoy evening cocktails at the Trans Rooftop Bar with a stunning view over Seminyak to the beach, before being whisked away to Dean Keddell's restaurant, Ginger Moon, where you will meet Dean and enjoy a Bali Banquet dinner.
And the party has just begun!
Think fun, food and lots of laughter as we introduce you to the inner sanctums of Bali.
You will meet Dean, his staff and representatives of the 5 charities who benefited from the $500k+ we have raised selling Dean's book.
Accompanied by the book's publisher, Jonette Wilton, you will enjoy day tours of Ubud, Denpasar, Besikalung Wildlife Sanctuary, and Jengala Ceramics, as well as an exclusive cooking class learning how to cook some of Dean's favourite recipes.
Each day we will surprise you with a lunch offering including visits to local warungs (street food) and a 3-course lunch at Capella in Ubud.
Meet some of Dean's friends, local chefs in high places, preparing local tasting menus just for you. And hear their stories about Indonesian influences in their restaurants.
We will have a traditional Royal Dinner with Indonesian recipes, that are said to date back to the Majapahit Empire, at the Hotel Tugu in Canggu, a Seafood Sensation at the famous W Hotel in Seminyak, a local's tasting with Kieran Morland at Sangsaka in Kerobokan, and a very special Warung evening at one of Dean's favourite places on Double Six Beach.
Let's watch the sunset on the beach here and then head to the rooftop of the Double Six Hotel for a signature cocktail or two, just to top off the night!
Remember this trip is all about fun!
And each night will start with a toast to Bali accompanied by a wonderful local cocktail to get the evenings started.
