Standard Requirements.
- Open for Local Indonesian Nationality Only (1,2,3)
- Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor Degree (1,2,3)
- Candidate minimum 02 years’ experience as Front Office Manager preferably gained within 4/5* hotel environment or luxury boutique villa (1)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position preferably gained within 4/5* hotel environment or luxury boutique villa(2,3)
- 2-3 years experience in Sales or Marketing (3).
- Experience in management may be advantageous (1,3)
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing (3)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills (1,2,3)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, personal performance and customer service skills (1,2,3)
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. (1,2,3)
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures (1,2,3)
- Leadership, Independent and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines (1,2,3)
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service (1,2,3)
- Flexible to respond to a variety of different work situations and ability to work on your own (1,2,3)
- Have great negotiation and interpersonal skill (1,2,3)
- Strong leadership, coaching and counseling skill (1,3)
- Mature and dynamic, highly motivated and pleasant personality (1,2,3)
