Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
Willing to be placed in Natuna Island
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Responsible for the day-to-day operational
Reviewing finances and creating hotel budget
Overseeing hiring practices and other Human Resources functions
Coordinate and monitor other departments
Interacting with resort guests and handling any complains that occur
Checking on necessary supplies in various sectors of the resort
Making business decisions
