Indonesia Coffee Event (ICE)Presented by Barista Guild Indonesia sanction of Specialty Coffee Association Indonesia (SCAI).
There are 3 competitive championship that are going to be staged comprising of Indonesia Brewers Championship (IBC), Indonesia Latte Art Championship (ILAC), and Indonesia Cup Tasters Championship (ICTC).
The 1st Asian Gourmet Food Challenge 2018
8 teams from Asian Countries and 8 teams from Indonesia will participate to compete in this competition. The competition will be as Continental Competition Endorsed by WACS, they will make 4 course Asian set menu from Appetizer, Soup, and 2 kind of Maincourse.The event is another collaboration between ACP Indonesia and Pamerindo.
Gelato Workshop
In corporation with the Carpigiani Gelato University, based in Bologna – Italy, Lotus Food Service would like to give a short workshop program allowing the participants to participate in a world known Gelato Courses to have better understanding on how to enter this interesting business, presenting a great quality gelato and at the same time, running a profitable business.
