General Employee Specification :
- Candidat must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage
- At least 2 years experience
- Candidat would be chef with strong disciplined hotel background
- Essential that the candidate be knowledge and unterested in controls : Purchasing , including planning for seasonal variations , local market and produce negotiating and finding deals with suppliers ongoing correct storage for hygiene and controlling westeage SOP Implementations , stock control and would have responsibility for the kitchen
- The position would be mainly daytime to supervise , as well as running the kitchen and food preparation - mis en place , and provide support and leadership to the team.
