Plataran Indonesia is currently seeking for a passionate, enthusiastic and positively committed hotelier to fill up the position DIRECTOR OF SALES - Jakarta Sales Office.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with a 5 star hotel / resort / dining / travel establishment.
- Must have the capability of developing sales strategy and action plan, giving direction to the sales team and control the sales execution.
- Cluster / Corporate role experience and F&B sales background would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, relationship skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent reputation and good relationship with database contacts of corporate partners.
- Thrive on working to achieve challenging targets independently
