In ancient times, this island (Pulau Ayer) was the private recreation retreat of the former kings of the Thousand Islands. It was also used by the first President of the Republic of Indonesia as his private vacationland many years ago.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market
2. Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
3. Stay up-to-date on current market trends
4. Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
5. Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
6. Collaborate with marketing team to innovatively reach more potential customers
7. Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
8. Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration
9. Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
10. Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
Requirements and Qualifications1. Male/ Female 32 – 40 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
3. 5+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing Management
4. Having good knowledge & skill of the operation of resort & cottages management
5. Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others
6. Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
7. Ability to prioritize high-value tasks and focus under pressure
8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
9. Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
10. Outstanding organizational skills
