Key Responsibilities  Assist with Recruitment process for all site in Indonesia  day to day operations of the Human Resources function and duties  Compile and update employee records (hard copies & soft copies)  Access documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluation, etc)  Deal with employee request regarding Human Resources Issues, Rules and regulation.  Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)  Communicate with Public Services, visa agent, immigration, tax office when necessary  Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures  Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees


  1. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent. 
  2. At least 2 years’ experience years of relevant HR working experience in a multinational company or international environment 
  3. Well versed in Indonesia Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act and other statutory requirements
  4. Should be willing to travel extensively within Indonesia 
  5. Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia (written & oral) 
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email) 
  7. Must be both task & people oriented and have ability to work proactively and independently 
  8.  Good interpersonal and team player skills – strong customer service oriented 
  9. High level of confidentiality and ethics required 
  10. Will be based in Bali, Indonesia but will be required to travel within Bogor, Jakarta, Bandung and Bali Plenty of opportunities to earn benefits and recognition in a favorable multinational environment
