Dincao will lead The PuLi Shanghai through the final phases of its renewal, which encompass all 229 guest rooms alongside every public space, dining venue, and wellness facility, and is due for completion later this year. “It is with a deep sense of purpose that I join The PuLi Shanghai at this meaningful moment. This hotel has always represented a particular kind of luxury, one rooted in restraint, authenticity, and calm. My focus will be on nurturing the team, elevating every guest touchpoint, and ensuring The PuLi remains a true sanctuary in the heart of the city,” said Vittorio Dincao.
“Vittorio’s appointment reflects the standard of leadership The PuLi Group holds itself to. His operational track record, his experience across some of the world’s most celebrated properties, and his genuine belief in people-led hospitality makes him the right leader for this property as it enters its next chapter. I look forward to seeing The PuLi Shanghai continue to set the benchmark for understated urban luxury in Asia,” said Dean Winter, Chief Executive Officer, The PuLi Group.
Under Dincao’s leadership, The PuLi Shanghai will remain fully operational throughout the completion of its renewal, continuing to deliver the considered and unhurried experience for which it has long been known. The renewed property will serve as the living expression of the group’s guiding principle: Excellence through Simplicity.
