Guests will be welcomed with a cocktail inspired by the Gilded Age when the St. Regis Legacy was born, taking a journey back in time with this creation by world champion mixologist, Joshua Ivanovic, founder of KL Cocktail Co. & JungleBird Kuala Lumpur.
The journey continues with a never-before-seen spectacular Fire Dance Ritual to usher in the evening of exquisite culinary excellence presented in a 5-course, wine-paired dinner crafted by the resort’s award-winning culinary team, who join hands with Executive Chef Gianluca Visani hailing from The St. Regis Osaka in Japan for this special occasion.
Distinguished guests will be entertained by a special performance from Indonesia’s Legendary Diva, Titi DJ. The all-time favorite Indonesian pop singer is one of the most successful entertainers in the country and a past judge of the Indonesian Idol contest.
“We will have a live auction of magnificent prizes. All proceeds from the auction and raffles will go to Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization that helps families build places to call home, specifically focused on rebuilding Lombok after the recent earthquake. It is The St. Regis Bali Resort’s aim to give back to community,” said Oliver Key, Managing Director.
Guests are also welcome to join the live auction and bid on exciting prizes ranging from once-in- a-lifetime experiences that include stays at some of the finest St. Regis addresses around the globe with Thai Airways tickets, as well as luxury and collectible items. The proceeds of the auction will go entirely to rebuilding Lombok through Habitat for Humanity.
