1. QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER:
  • Mandarin Speaker.
  • Able to work in the field. (Example = Meet up with Tour Leader and Tour Guide)
  • Learn and Recognize the Product ( Tour Package ) and the Quality of the Product.
  • Monitors the course of the Tour until completion.
  • Handle Complain from Guest / Customer with proper approach.
  • Domiciled in Bali. (Ready to be assigned outside Bali)
  • Fresh Graduates and Experienced Workers are Welcomed.
  • Clean Grooming.
  • Basic Computer Skill. (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are Necessary)
  • Report to Quality Control Manager .

    2. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER:

    • Meet Up with business partner. (Include introducing Product to Business Partner.
    • Learn and Recognize the Product ( Tour Package ) and the Quality of the Product.
    • Arrange Working Schedule Quality Control Officer.
    • Monitors the course of the Tour until completion.
    • Handle Complain from Guest / Customer with proper approach.
    • Domiciled in Bali. (Ready to be assigned outside Bali)
    • Minimum 2 years Experiences in Travel Industri.
    • Clean Grooming.
    • Basic Computer Skill. (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are Necessary)
    • Report to Quality Control Director.

      3. ADMINISTRATION STAFF
      • Minimum Diploma Graduates,
      • Able to Speak English.
      • Basic Computer Skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are Necessary)
      • Domiciled in Bali. (Ready to be assigned outside Bali)
      • Fresh Graduates and Experienced Workers are Welcomed.
      • Report ke Senior Inbound Manager / Inbound Director

        4. MANDARIN COORDINATOR.
        • Minimum Diploma Graduates.
        • Fluently speaking and written in Mandarin Languange , English and also Indonesia.
        • Assist team in translating Mandarin Documents to Indonesian or English Languange.
        • Assist inbound Director in controlling and checking service order.
        • Fresh Graduates and Experienced Workers are Welcomed.
        • Working knowledge of computers , email and business related software packages .
        • Highly flexible , driven , and motivated with strong communication skills.
        • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines , this may involve working additional hours at peak times ( High Season and Peak Season ) , somehow including weekend.
        • Ability to manage their workload effectively , well organised , flexible , determine proprieties with attention to details , act on their own initiative , as well as being a strong team player and also a good problem solver.
        • Communicate with overseas office / agent on their group / FIT requirements when quote request come through.
        • Assist Inbound Director to coordinate the operational internally with team , and externally with the overseas office / agent and ensure that all activities result in the right way.
        • Ensure all the inquiry / request and quotation are made to maximise efficiencies with minimal waiting time.
        • Resolves conflict quickly and efficiently and provides arrangement as needed.
        • Finalise the tour package in our service order to our Quality Control Teams.
        • Report ke Senior Inbound Manager / Inbound Director / Quality Control Director.


          5. RESERVATION STAFF and MICE STAFF
          • Minimum Diploma Graduates,
          • Minimum 1 year Experience in Travel or Hotel Reservation.
          • Coordinates with Inbound Director dan MICE Department in negotiating Contract.
          • Able to Speak English Fluently.
          • Will be working with Company Computerized System
          • Basic Computer Skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are Necessary)
          • Report to Senior Inbound Manager / Inbound Director
