HARRIS RESORT BARELANG - EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Organize and lead the room and public area daily cleaning and other hotel spaces, ensures the experience meets the requirements of the guest, with responsibilities as follows:
  • Oversees and directs the operation of the Housekeeping Department of the hotel to ensure product quality standards are met and that outstanding Service is provided to guest according to the hotel and Company business objective
  • Represent the management in handling all designated area of operation within the hotel and perform any additional assignment as delegated by the General Manager, Room Division Manager with competent and effective as much as possible in observances with hotel policies.
  • Coordinate the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public area
  • Identify training needs and to ensure departmental training plans are developed and implemented in accordance with company standard

The Residences at Puri Casablanca, the luxurious serviced apartment located at the strategic business district of Jakarta (to know more about us, please visit our website: (www.puricasablanca.com), is currently seeking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the position of:
1. Room Division Manager
Qualification:
  • Min. 3 years experience in the same position
  • Well versed in Rooms Division Management (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering)
  • Capable to operate Management System, Realta or Opera System
  • Proficient in English both oral and written 
  • Good interpersonal skill, leadership skill, and coaching skills
  • Service excellent & customer oriented
  • Able to work independent as well as team work, and able to work under pressure
Responsibility:
  • To be responsible in directing, and monitoring the overall Front Office Operation smoothly as directed by the Room Division Manager
  • Do daily inspection and control all Front Office employees to ensure that they perform their daily duties according to required standards
  • Check and ensure that consistency in the service for guest in maintained from reservation stages to the final departure
2. Duty Manager
Qualification:
  • Male, Age 27 – 35 years old
  • Minimum Diploma III Tourism & Hotel Academy, preferably in Hotel Management
  • Proficient in English both oral and written
  • Possess leadership and coaching skills
  • At least 2 years working experience in similar position.
  • Capable to operate Management System, Realta or Opera System 
  • Good interpersonal skill and leadership skill
  • Service excellent & customer oriented
  • Able to work independent as well as team work, and able to work under pressure
Responsibility:
  • Prepare for monthly check in and check out report
  • Handling complaint
  • Check and ensure that consistency in the service for guest in maintained from reservation stages to the final departure
3. Tenant Relation Officer
Qualification:
  • Single, age max 28 yrs
  • Having Min. D-3 (preferable in Hotel Management – Front Office)
  • Preferable Hotel / Serviced apartment working experience, Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Computer literate is a must
  • Good command of speaking and written English
  • Able to speak Japanese will be an additional value
  • Service oriented, good communication skill, and pleasant personality
  • Able to work under pressure & in shifting schedule
  • Able to work with team or/and independently
Responsibility:
  • Handling check in and check out
  • Handling Complaint
  • Update data tenant
4. Sales Manager
Qualification:
  • The candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in the same position
  • Min. Diploma Degree in any major
  • Good networking in Jakarta market segmen
  • Has strong negotiation skill
  • Target oriented, team player, and has positive attitude
  • Computer literate is a must
  • Good command of speaking and written English
Responsibility:
  • To purpose the Rental Rate and Term of Payment for Service Apartment/Non Serviced Apartment unit at Puri Casablanca
  • To follow up and maintain all inquiries from Corporate Market Segment based on their area in charge specially for Long Stay Market
  • To promote Puri Casablanca and find the business from Corporate Segmentation based on area in charge
  • To promote Meeting Room and find the business for MICE
  • Preparing for Daily Sales Call Report
5. IT Manager
Qualification:
  • S-1 degree majoring in computer science/information technology
  • The candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience in the same position
  • Good knowledge in computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Knowledge in database and report concept and implementation
  • Familiar with Realta system will be an added value
  • Able to work under pressure & fast learner
  • Good command of speaking and written English
  • Able to work independent as well as team work, and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skill, leadership skill, and coaching skills
Responsibility:
  • To be responsible in directing, and monitoring the overall MIS Operation smoothly as directed by Management
  • Preparing for montly report
  • Couching and monitoring MIS Staff
  • Do daily inspection and control all system hardware, software, and employees network to ensure that they can perform their daily duties according to required standard
6. Human Resources Manager
Qualification:
  • The candidate should have at least 3 years of working experience in the same position
  • S-1 degree majoring in Law/Psychology/Management
  • Able to work under pressure & fast learner
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
  • Understad Indonesian Labor Law & Regulation, Industrial & Employee Relation
  • Able to conduct training would be a plust point
Responsibility:
  • To be responsible in directing, and monitoring the overall Human Resources Operation smoothly as directed by the Human Resources Manager
