The Kunlun Beijing Makes a Homecoming and Reunites with Worldhotels

An acquainted face no stranger to the Worldhotels family returns

(Singapore, 11 January 2017) Worldhotels proudly welcomes The Kunlun Beijing, one of Beijing’s most recognised hotels, back into their acclaimed collection of independent hotels. Situated at the heart of Beijing’s Chaoyang Central Business District, The Kunlun Beijing is the flagship property of Shanghai’s Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Co., Ltd. The hotel is of close proximity to several embassies and provides easy access to some of the capital’s top tourist attractions including Tiananmen Square, Beijing Zoo, Sanlitun entertainment precinct, the Old Summer Palace and The Pearl Market - making it the perfect locale for both business and leisure travellers alike.

The Kunlun Beijing’s Chairman and ex-General Manager Mr. Lv Haiyan is one of China’s most prolific novelists whose literary works have been dramatised for television. He is also an avid collector of Huanghuali (part of the rosewood family) antiques and his love and passion for the arts is showcased and evident in the unique interiors of The Kunlun Beijing, which pays tribute to traditional Chinese Feng Shui.

“We are delighted that The Kunlun Beijing has decided to join Worldhotels again after a three-year hiatus,” says Roland Jegge, Executive Vice President Worldhotels Asia Pacific.  “The addition of Hotel Kunlun will be instrumental in further propelling Worldhotels’ current popularity and standing amongst the China market.”
